Dang! Well its been a long time ince i updated so i thought i would. Well its like 3 in the morn. and i just got back from Regionals in Jacksonville. I'm going to state in the 4 by 400 meter relay. I'm the 2nd leg and hopefully we will do good Well i guess i'm out for night TTYL

Hey everyone! Well dang o havent updated it a long while so i thought i would before i go to school. We had Fcat which was easy as can be but gay as heck. My surgery is the 14th and hopefully i can get back out there and run a week or so after that. Well anyways i have to be going now TTYL

Hey! Well i havent wrote in here for a long time so i thought i should do that lol. But i have to have surgery on my upper arm to do something like thrs. or fri. so yea and i cant run so that sucks but anyways gtg guess i'll talk to yall later
